On my table right now is a beading project. Last year I sold a few of my multi stranded bib necklaces made with small seed beads, and I have decided to remake a few. The one in the photo I have just started, but I have a turquoise half made one also, and a white one planned (but not started).
When finished, it is my idea that they will look like, or maybe more be similar too because they never turn out the same twice, as these earlier sold necklaces.
But it will probably be another week or two, before I get them all done. 😛
Meanwhile, available items can always be found in my shop, on Etsy and on DaWanda.
I can’t believe that it is already a new year! The end of 2017 went by so fast, mostly because I was working full time and at the same time I got so many orders in late November and December.
I was happy for the unexpected success, but it got a bit stressful and I actually closed my Etsy and my DaWanda shop over Christmas to get a break. Continue reading
So I made those new earrings in a large hoop style. Actually I made one more pair, that I kept for myself. 🙂
And I had already made new long ones with crystals, so showing you them too.
I hop to have all of these in the shop soon!
Sometimes inspiration comes as a surprise. This time it was a question from a customer, about a special pair of earrings. And it triggered my creativity.
Works in progress, to become hoop earrings.
These are the three long chain necklaces I made the other week, finally finished and photographed. Two chains with pearls, four chains with hematites and one chain with matte agates.
I hope to have them all in the shop soon!
I am still working on one of the necklaces I was going to show you, so this will be just a sneak peak of what’s coming.
I am making long chain necklaces at the moment. Two with stones (hematite and agate) and one with white pearls. All combined with small chains.
I hope to be able to show them in full soon!
Last week it was the national Cinnamon Bun Day here in Sweden! (Yes, we take our fika seriously.)
The cinnamon bun is considered by many the most “swedish” of all the fika pastry. Continue reading
I know. It has been a long time since I posted anything. But I am here now, and I have a bunch of bib necklaces to show you.
I was sure that my favorite of these statement necklaces would be the chain bib with quartz stones but, to my surprise, I really like the pearl bib with mixed warm colors. 🙂
Hope to put this in the shop soon, but need a day with better light to take more pictures.
So I finished them this morning, those layered choker necklaces I started a while ago. I made three of them – in black, white and gray.
I still need to take modelled photos, so you can see how the layer effect looks when the necklaces are worn. Keeping my fingers crossed it will be weather for it tomorrow. 🙂
Keep an eye out, will have them in the shop soon!
This is what I have on my worktable at the moment. It will become layered beaded chokers –eventually. Work on the necklaces is slow at the moment.
It seems that the more I have to do in my “non crafting life”, you know the kind that pays the bills, I turn to projects that are time consuming. Believe it or not, I have been working on these necklaces for a couple of weeks now.
I think it is the calm and peacefulness that beading brings me. It is like therapy. All I have to think about is which pattern I am creating, after that it is just placing one small bead after the other on the cord.
I hope to be able to show you how the necklaces turned out soon!
In the meantime why don’t you check out the shop here on tline.se or visit my shops on Etsy or DaWanda to see all available items!
