The red beads

Can you believe that I bought these red beads with the idea to make something for Christmas… Well, that did not work out as planned. So I guess starting this beading project now is a good idea, because then it actually might be finished for next xmas. 😛

It is of course, going to be a bib. And I have more of these boxes that I bought that I have not had time to use yet, so I hope to make one now and then.

Meanwhile, the three bracelets I made last week have been added to the shop, here are some photos of them.

I don’t think the red beaded necklace will be ready next week, but there is always the chance that I make something else during the week… 😜

See you later!

Less layers cuff bracelets

So I had the idea to make more layered cuff bracelets, but with less layers. So I made three stranded memory wire cuff bracelets. These are the first three, and I hope to make a few more in the future. I just have to buy more beads. So stay tuned!

I still have to take photos of them individually to be able to list them in my shop, but the bracelets already available in my shop can be found here and you can also find many bracelets in my etsy shop.

Copper necklaces in the making

Copper necklaces work in progress

Work in progress

Sometimes I forget materials I have in my drawers. When I rediscovered this copper chain I realised that it would go so well with the turquoise ceramic beads I have. So I started to make a necklace.

I also plan one with black faceted onyx and matte black agate stones. So keep tuned!

Previously made pieces can be found in my shop or in my etsy shop!

Bracelets in the making

Work in progress

So these are bracelets in the making. As you might guess the one in the middle is a real work in progress, so far just loose wires.

I have one more planned, with white freshwater pearls. I do hope I get to make that one and finish these soon. My situation at my day job has changed so that my work days are irregular. This makes planning my time more difficult.

Meanwhile you can see other bracelets in my shop and here in my Etsy shop.

Hope to be back soon and show you the finished bracelets! 🙂

Making layered chokers

Making more layered chokers

I enjoy beading, because it is like therapy. So at the moment I am making more layered chokers. The first one (purple) has five strands made and just need assembling. The second will be bronze and olive nuances. I just finished putting all the beads on the wire.

The earlier ones I made was only in a grey scale – black, white and grey.

I plan to do more of these beaded chokers, but when that will be only the future will tell. 🙂

Remember to check out my shop here, and also the shops on Etsy and DaWanda are full of my jewelry!

Beads for chain chokers

It was ages ago, but I really like those chain chokers I made with pearls last year. At that time I didn’t know it would take me this long to get back to that idea. But it is time.

So here is a sneak peak. I took out some of my favourite beads and started making them into chain chokers. All they need is a chain and clasp – and they are ready!

Keep an eye out in the shop, and I hope to get them up there soon!

On my table

On my table right now is a beading project. Last year I sold a few of my multi stranded bib necklaces made with small seed beads, and I have decided to remake a few. The one in the photo I have just started, but I have a turquoise half made one also, and a white one planned (but not started).

When finished, it is my idea that they will look like, or maybe more be similar too because they never turn out the same twice, as these earlier sold necklaces.

But it will probably be another week or two, before I get them all done. 😛

Meanwhile, available items can always be found in my shop, on Etsy and on DaWanda.

Work in progress – chokers

Beading again

This is what I have on my worktable at the moment. It will become layered beaded chokers –eventually. Work on the necklaces is slow at the moment.

It seems that the more I have to do in my “non crafting life”, you know the kind that pays the bills, I turn to projects that are time consuming. Believe it or not, I have been working on these necklaces for a couple of weeks now.

I think it is the calm and peacefulness that beading brings me. It is like therapy. All I have to think about is which pattern I am creating, after that it is just placing one small bead after the other on the cord.

I hope to be able to show you how the necklaces turned out soon!

In the meantime why don’t you check out the shop here on tline.se or visit my shops on Etsy or DaWanda to see all available items!
